Requirements and Process Development for a Financial System
Business Issue

As part of a larger project to redesign and realign customer service-related
systems and processes, our Client needed to create processes and requirements
for invoice and adjustment processing, renewal and opportunity reports, and
entitlement data entry.
Solution

Bardess consultants participated in and facilitated the gathering of financial
requirements from the field, which included input from all Client Theaters (US,
EMEA, Asia Pacific, etc.) to be utilized in the definition of data and
functional requirements. Our consultants then developed the functional design
and process flows for entitled base processes, quote to contract creation,
contract invoice and adjustments, financial integrity, renewal rate and attach
rate reporting processes.
