Data Migration to Clarify CRM - Requirements, Gap Analysis and Implementation
Business Issue
The client needed data migrated from legacy systems to a new Clarify CRM
platform while ensuring that existing data needs are met by the new platform.
Solution
Bardess consultants assisted in the migration of the data from the legacy
systems. We identified gaps in the information Clarify requires and the
information available in the legacy systems used by the client. The consultants
recommended and implemented solutions to close the identified information gaps.
Bardess then developed the migration strategy and assisted in the cleansing and
migration of data from the diverse legacy systems to the new Clarify databases
ensuring that the ETL (Extract, Transform & Load) tools used to migrate the
records maintained or improved data consistency and accuracy. The solution
included the cleansing of both customer and product master records, as well as
maintenance equipment records.
Client Impact
Bardess’ efforts ensured a seamless migration of data from the legacy
systems to the Clarify platform within an aggressive six-month window.
